Every Friday we gather together for snacks and conversation. It’s a casual gathering and it’s a great way for everyone to connect and make their peer support network even stronger.  We also use this time to make announcements and discuss any upcoming events.

Trauma Resiliency

By learning new ways to deal with trauma that most have experienced at some point in our lives, we focus on being resilient by making healthy connections, taking care of ourselves, setting goals and practicing activities such as coping skills and mindfulness.  Trauma Resiliency meets every Friday at 12:00 PM - noon.
